Excellent location. Great for the wife to go shopping and close enough to walk to attractions with the children. Fantastic beds made getting up early difficult! Food expensive so much better value to eat at local cafes/pubs within 10min walk.

Great location - attached to Prudential Centre! Rooms were clean and facilities good. Very central and staff were friendly & pleasant.
Changing facilities were disappointing for swimming pool. The changing area was nowere near the pool! You had to walk around the pool, then into the fitness area, then down a long corridor and the changing rooms were extremly pokey to say the least. Not very acceptable when you are wet and have small children with you.

Stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend. Our flight was late and it was gone midnight before we checked in. This was not a problem, and the room we were given was clean and tidy, and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

The hotel is fairly large, there is a Starbucks in the lobby and a breakfast restaurant. There are also about 8 PC terminals which offer free internet access to all guests.

The location is good, just one block away from shops, bars and restaurants.

Would definetally stay here again, and we got a great price through skoosh for the four nights we were there.
