This fairly new hotel is perfectly located, less than 10 minutes drive to the city centre. It also stands beside Cork International Airport and offers an extremely high standard of accommodation. This is a stunning new property, which opened in July 2007. Contemporary in design, this is a modern, purpose built building. Guests enter on the ground floor level, but the reception is found on the 1st floor. the lobby is spacious, comfortable and modern - an extremely pleasant and inspiring entrance. Located on the ground floor, the restaurant serves international cuisine off a daily menu. The food is of an extremely high standard in a very modern setting. Modern in design, large in size, all room scome fully equipped and are in outstanding condition. Many have views across the airfield and all rooms are sound proofed, to keep out any noise. 5 kms to city centre, 7 km to the nearest station (kent train station), Close to the airport (cork).

An average hotel overall; very convenient for the airport. Bedrooms are spacious and airy. Well mine was anyway.
The hotel is built to resemble an airport,internally, though not entirely succesful in this!
A bit lacking in character somehow,I felt, though service is good and prices reasonable

The Cork International Airport Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Only an easy short walk from the airport I found it welcoming, clean, airy and the rooms well appointed. The reception desk was always manned and staff helpful. The menu was not massive but the food good - I used both the dining room and bar during my stay. Breakfast buffet style and appetizing though in my case a slightly earlier start than the 07:00 opening would have been handy. Car parking generally good but busy when meetings or functions on in the hotel. The above said all my expectations were fully met and I would recommend the hotel to others or indeed stay again myself.
