The hotel is situated on the south end of the Strip. Nearby hotels include Luxor, Excalibur and Tropicana.
The hotel has 135, 000 square feet of gaming space. For your enjoyment there is an 11-acre tropical beach, with three pristine pools, sandy beach and a lazy river ride. Shop till you drop at Mandalay Place, with more than 40 unique boutique and restaurants. Take a break at the aquarium and view fascinating ocean species. A full-service luxury spa and fitness centre is available. A legendary House of Blues Music Hall is housed here, and the permanent production of Mamma Mia is in the showroom. Further entertainment is provided at the 12, 000 seat special-events center and the 1, 700 seat state-of-the-art theatre. The hotel has the largest convention and meeting facilities in Vegas. A wedding chapel is available.
This is a striking modern 43-storey resort, with gold glass windows, set on 60 acres, including an 11-acre tropical beach. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the hotel, including a myriad of palm trees.
All Deluxe rooms are of contemporary design and include an abundance of upscale features and attention to details. THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay is a great hotel. Every room is a suite and all the amenities are top notch. It is not cheap but is a good value compared to what you would get for the same price in other cities. I loved having the option to go to Mandalay Bay casino and restaurants or avoiding them very easily. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome in every way. There was everything I could have expected and more!

Clean, classy hotel, with calming interiors unusual for Vegas. Did have long lines on check-in, and a 70 minute wait for room service (we opted out!), but beautiful bathrooms and a nice seating/desk area in the standard room.

The Hotel was great! It was very convenient. The room was well appointed and clean. All the ammenities of Mandalay Bay were very close. I would definelty recommend The Hotel.

The Mandalay is a beautiful hotel and whoever likes contemporary design will appreciate THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay with its cutting edge design and cool interior. The Mandalay has a beach, believe it or not - with tons of sand and a huge wavepool. Who wants to be spa pampered needs to check out THE Bathhouse at THE Hotel and get a massage. It's sooooo good! Highly recommended hotel!

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are really big and very well maintained. I found it reasobale value for money. I found however that the restaurants in the hotel are somewhat more expensive than in other good hotels you can find on the Strip.
The biggest disadvantage for me is the location : it is at the south-end of the strip and quite far from the other attractions on the Strip.
