I would recommend it to others. Service was excellent and they rectified problems quickly.
Room a little disappointing. We only had one desk chair so I asked for another one and they brought another desk chair even though I noticed other rooms had one comfy armchair. My brother was staying in another room. Also there were only two pillows so I had to ask for another two. The duvets were very small and didnt go over the sides of the beds.
Breakfast was good but not the best I have had.
Overall, it was a little on the expensive side but still very good.

On arrival at the hotel the girl on recetion was lovely and give us pointers where to go in the evening, booking restaurants for us. Hotel looked lovely although I can see from previous reviews how people thought the grey corridors a bit bland.
On arrival at our room we were very disappointed we had booked a room with "three single beds" to find one of these beds was a camp bed with a mattress that you would let an animal sleep on. We contacted reception who advised they dont have triple rooms this should have been made clearer on your webside. Housekeeping did bring us another mattress to put on top of the original one, an improvement but still not acceptable.
When we complained to the duty manager he said there was nothing he could do as the hotel was full that night but did offer a second room for the next night, we didnot take up this offer as we were three friends away for a weekend and had booked this hotel because we wanted to share a room.
On a positive note the staff were lovely, very friendly and breakfast was good. I would not recommend this hotel it was too expensive for what you get the friendliness of the people was the only compensation.

We stayed at the Radisson for one evening in September as we were up in Liverpool to watch a game. The hotel itself is very modern and very well equipped. We were very impressed with our room and would definitely stay here again without a doubt. We only had a standard room, but it was more like a superior in quality. We had evening dinner in the restaurant where the quality again was excellent. To finish off our stay, breakfast the next morning was one of the best we've had in the UK. The buffet offered endless choice of dishes, from cooked breakfast, to pastries, fruit, cheeses, dougnuts, fresh bread. We would definitely recommend the Radisson to anyone and will come back when we can.

We would not hesitate to recomending this hotel to other Skoosh users. The staff were very helpful. We were allocated a well presented business class room ,which was very comfortable, quite, well maintianed very clean and with a view of the River Mersey and the Sea. All of the public areas of the hotel were very clean and well presented The Buffet breakfast was fantastic and not to missed. The restaurant was run very efficiently, but we did not feel rushed at all. We visit Liverpool quite a few times a year and will use the Raddison for future visits.
