We ended up in a formerly-smoking room, and the smell wasn't quite gone, but other than that the hotel was lovely. The room was huge, with plenty of floor and closet space. The room was also quiet, even though the entire hotel was taken over by the Academy of Music Ball.

The location was great for walking around the city, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and unfailingly polite in the face of 2500 people in tuxes and floor-length gowns in the middle of a snowstorm.

I would recommend this hotel to others. The rooms were clean and the location was great. I also really enjoyed access to the gym which had an indoor track, as well as a full gym.

yes, we would recommend the park hyatt and would stay there again. rooms are spacious, interesting and well-appointed. good location.
the negative: no hot shower in the morning.
they apologized and gave us free parking for the night to compensate us for our inconvenience.
