The Pan Pacific is located in the marina area. The Marina Square Shopping complex is just opposite and next to it is the Suntec Exhibition and Convention Centre. The City Hall MRT station is just a few minutes walk away. It is suitable for those looking for a deluxe property with good facilities and near to the shopping and business district. RO 02/09. This is a modern thirty-six storey building with distinctive triangular architecture and glass elevators at one edge. The large reception lobby is on the second level. The main lobby on the ground level is a soaring thirty-six-storey atrium with the lobby lounge in the centre. The rooms are large and in very good condition. Decorated in soothing blend of colours giving a comfortable and cosy feel. All rooms has work desk and chic Herman Miler ergonomic task chairs. The bathrooms are also in excellent condition with luxurious marble walls and flooring, also featuring separate bath and shower. This hotel has a total of eight food and beverage outlets, ranging from Zambuca Ristorante for Italian, Keyaki for traditional Japanese, Rang Mahal for Haute Indian cuisine, Summer House for Asian and Western dishes and Hai Tian Lo for fine Chinese cuisine. 1 km to the nearest fair site (suntec convention centre), 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station (city hall), 2 km to the nearest station (tanjong pagar), 24 km to the nearest beach, 24 kms to the nearest airport (changi).

we would not hesitate in recommending the pan to other people. it is the best hotel we have stayed in. the attention to detail was impeccable from being asked if our room was clean and up to standard 10 mins after arrival to the service from the pool staff who make sure your every need is met. the only slight problem is the queue for breakfast but there wre two other options and the pool bar was very quiet and much better as was the continental where you can still order cooked eggs bacon etc. it was excellent value for money and i cant wait to vist it again.it is a top class hotel which thoroughly deserves its excellent reputation.

THE SERVICE AT THIS HOTEL IS EXCELLENT, IT IS WELL LOCATED AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. I CANNOT FIND ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO REPORTAND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Pan Pacific hospitality was not too much, meaning not involved to your privacy, however covered almost of what you had thought it would be needed.
Especially, those who visit Singapore with infants, Pan Pacific provided & prepared everything which would take care of your kids.

Excellent value for the money--nice rooms, great service, and an excellent breakfast included in the price. They upgraded us when we arrived, which was also a nice surprise. The one down side is that internet charges are a bit steep--but once you take into account the great value of the hotel, it softens the blow.
