This is a listed building dating back to 1470 and has served a number of purposes through its long existence. At one time, three houses, it was converted into a hotel in 1980.
Rooms are designed and furnished individually to a high standard. They vary size and shape due to the age of the building but all are a pleasure in which to stay. They feature many personal touches and it is clear that a great deal of time has been spent on every detail. Amenities include cable television, hairdryer and wireless internet access.
The lobby is small with the reception set to the left on entrance and the restaurant to the right. It is laced with historic artifacts and pieces of art, which is apparent throughout the hotel.
The property has a small bistro where breakfast is served, along with light snacks throughout the day. . Dinner can be taken at the restaurant of the sister hotel, Victory, less than a five minute walk away.
